CODE OF CONDUCT

CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT

NYCFH is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all community members. While attending NYCFH sessions or social gatherings, members are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct.  

Respect Your Fellow Members: All community members must show respect for others and refrain from disruptive behavior both in person and virtually.

No Discrimination: To maintain a positive and inclusive playing environment, all community members will speak to others in a constructive and respectful manner at all times, on and off the pitch. All community members are to be respectful of others’ race, religion, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and other personal characteristics. Discrimination against the above will not be tolerated. 

No Harassment, Violence, or Aggression: Harassment, assault, stalking, and aggression towards fellow members in any form will not be tolerated. 

No Substance Use: For the safety of fellow members, NYCFH does not condone the use of illegal drugs.

Members should alert NYCFH Managers if they observe any behavior that makes them or another member uncomfortable. The Executive Team will assess and determine whether any disciplinary action is needed.
